Migrating Glance Image Store

We were previously running Glance on a machine with limited disk space and wanted to move it to a newer machine with more resources. Everything went smoothly, and here's what I did.

1) stop glance on old machine, copy over images from /var/lib/glance
2) Install glance, python-keystone and python-keystoneclient on new machine
3) set up glance (basically copy over configs from old machine, replace IP)
4) remove old endpoint on keystone:

$ keystone endpoint-list
$ keystone endpoint-delete
$ keystone endpoint-create .....

5) Change glance hosts in nova.conf
6) Start glance and restart nova services.

Since we're still using the same mysql backend as before, all old images are still present.

Smooth sailing...
